All the above prices include laundry costs.

Prices include delivery and set up charges within a 20 mile radius of our ESSEX base, after that a mileage rate applies. We can confirm any mileage costs when we receive your venue details. If you choose to go with our STAR package then our mileage costs are not applicable.

Before securing a booking you may wish to try on a cover to make sure if fits the chair at your chosen venue. If you wish to do this we require an upfront payment of £15, once we receive the cover back this amount will be deducted from the final invoice. If for any reason the cover does not fit or is not what was expected a full refund will be given.

If you wish to make a booking, please let us know and we will send you a booking pack, this will contain a booking form, copy of our terms and conditions which you will need to sign and return to us with a deposit of £75, this will secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.

We accept cheques or you can pay via PayPal. A receipt will be sent out once payment is received.
